At Cutiee, we take great care in preparing and delivering every order. Since we primarily deal in curated gift hampers and personalized gifting products, our return and refund policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and protective of both our customers and our business.

1. General Policy Overview

Due to the nature of gifting products, most items sold on Cutiee are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy helps us maintain hygiene, quality standards, and fairness to all customers.

However, we do provide limited exceptions in cases where there is a genuine issue with the order.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Gift hampers

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse

These restrictions apply even if the customer no longer requires the product or has changed their mind.


3. Eligible Cases for Return, Replacement, or Refund

A return, replacement, or refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong item has been delivered

All such cases are subject to verification and approval by the Cutiee support team.


4. Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any eligible issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, customers must:

  • Email us at help@cutiee.in

  • Share clear photos and/or an unedited unboxing video

  • Mention the Order ID and registered contact details

Failure to report within the specified time window may result in rejection of the claim.


5. Verification & Approval Process

Once a return or refund request is submitted:

  • Our team will review the submitted evidence

  • Additional information may be requested if required

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated within 3–5 business days

Cutiee reserves the right to reject claims that:

  • Lack sufficient proof

  • Show signs of misuse or tampering

  • Are raised after the allowed reporting period


6. Replacement Policy

If a claim is approved:

  • A replacement may be issued at our discretion

  • Replacements are subject to product availability

  • Replacement orders follow standard shipping timelines

No refunds will be issued if a replacement has been successfully delivered.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after approval and may be issued in the following manner:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 5–7 working days after approval

  • Bank or payment gateway delays may extend this timeline

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.


8. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

  • No cancellation fee is charged if cancelled before dispatch

Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 5–7 working days.


9. Refused, Undelivered, or Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from any refund

  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after the product is received back and inspected


10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

In case of chargebacks or disputes raised through banks or payment gateways:

  • Cutiee reserves the right to submit all order, delivery, and communication records as evidence

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before raising disputes

Fraudulent disputes may lead to account suspension or blacklisting.


11. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges.
Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.


12. Quality Disclaimer

Due to the handmade, curated, or customized nature of many products:

  • Minor variations in color, packaging, or arrangement are normal

  • Such variations do not qualify as defects


13. Policy Abuse

Cutiee reserves the right to:

  • Reject repeated or suspicious claims

  • Limit or deny service to customers who abuse return or refund policies


14. Policy Updates

Cutiee reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
